Our current climate of partisan fury is not new or unique. We’ve faced it, and,  continually, constantly do so still, even in the face of facts, truths and reason.

The past is never dead; it is not even past.
—William Faulkner

In those simple words lie the truth and the warning of the Kavanaugh hearings that America has been here before… and survived. The threat still exists and we find ourselves again faced with discomposing occurrences dealt to us by those willing to play the hand of hateful discourse, the cards of carnage no matter what the cost to society or individuals.

How divided we are – how far we’ve slipped down a path of destruction thanks to socialists / fascists / communists in our midst. Party lines aren’t meant to divide but to define, and the rancor from the left is a clear and present danger to us all.

Some, so power hungry as to place our society in harm’s path to reclaim and secure their sanctimonious seats of supremacy over us. And some so negligent, so incognizant, or even complicit, as to allow the demise of our appointed authority.

The Soul of American Exposed – Lies Revealed

The recent senate hearings laid bare the soul of those whose morals are so withered and decayed, whose scruples are so removed, so bereft of principles as to scare any patriot for their own existence, not just a candidate for a higher position. Their essence brazenly displayed like the bloody innards of cattle on a slaughterhouse floor.

The resolution of the Democrat leadership’s actions to deceptively hide and hold potentially important claims of wrong doing until confirmation of their Supreme Court seat loss, is best left to those whose judicial powers can deal with the malfescience.

But the judgement of moralistic rectitude is ours, the people who live under the detrimental decisions of the pompous piety controlling us. The full facts of fallacy may never be know to us, but the basics seem clear as presented.

A woman with contradictory facts holds hostage the nation waiting for truth. Facts clinched in her mind for a period unknown to us but certainly for decades. Facts not only unsupported, but refuted by those very witnesses presented for evaluation.

How much perceptive clarity is required to judge reason? How much tolerance is given when there’s no political agenda, but only the search for compassionate – or  merciless truth? Weighing one against the other dictates people’s lives.

Some would ponder the presumption that no one would present such falsehoods and yet, did the second or the third accuser present an equal or better indictment? No, in fact, even harder to believe and just as impossible to prove.

And who are we to question their motives? Why do people kill randomly friends and strangers? Where from does the motivation of lying and even annihilations spring? Each individual’s impetus, their catalyst for action is varied and unpredictable – only the outcomes are evident.

The ramifications of opening that door to political possibilities are dangerous ones, for too many seek to occupy the expanse of entanglement: To insert themselves into the circus of circumstances for personal or party profits.

Was embarrassing a man with nearly 30 years of spotless standing worth a week of lies and deceit? Were the disconcerting, demoralizing games on display worth the awkwardness leveled against his family? Most on the left think so, and maybe deserving of more hatred than has already been feverishly flung.

John Adams said, “Always stand on principle…even if you stand alone.” And this was certainly the lonely plight of Judge Kavanaugh as he appeared to be enduring much these last few weeks. Allowing his personal truth to proclaim and support his innocence as hundreds of letters; Testimonies of trust; Accolades of accomplishments were thrown aside in the dim light of lies and innuendos of unknown assailants. But revealed in the bright light of truth.

Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jon Meacham reminds us in his book “the Soul of America” that we have been here before, and shows us how, what Abraham Lincoln called the “better angels of our nature,” have repeatedly won the day.

As you decide your own amount of acceptance, consider that the left held information for weeks. Displaying it only when all was lost to defeat the most qualified candidate in generations, bringing with him a denial of power to the left for decades.

The honesty of the claims will come out at some point, possibly showing a very concerted, orchestrated battleplan. A plan where they combine liberal forces to take down Judge Kavanaugh in any way, in any system of interwoven lies as necessary involving the number of people required to meet their goal. Then they called insistently for an FBI investigation. And when completed proclaim… “it wasn’t long enough,” “it wasn’t complete,” or “it’s just a coverup.” There no appeasing tyranny. A special investigator needs to look into the sham of this particular political process.

Yes the soul of our country has been exposed, and many left wanting for truth, justice, and the American way. Lies have been revealed damaging the delicate process of governance. As the senate votes this week, we trust those with wavering tendencies will see the need for such a jurist; Will experience the heat of truth and realize their duty to keep America free through a just judicial system. We trust they might consider and heed these words:

In selecting men for office, let principle be your guide. Regard not the particular sect or denomination of the candidate — look to his character….”

Noah Webster, Letters to a Young Gentleman Commencing His Education, 1789

It’s incumbent on each of us to view the upcoming midterm elections with the same sincerity and seriousness because the balance of power is thin. The potential for disturbing the good work, and erasing the beneficial results of the president in areas of taxation, trade improvement, national security, economic growth, and healthcare can be wiped clean by the brush of a socialistic congress and the long term is not what we all envision for a great nation.

Imagine waking up on Nov 7th to find Pelosi as House Speaker, Schumer as Majority Leader of the senate, and Maxine Waters and Shelia Jackson Lee in charge of life controlling committees.

Vote in November like your life depends on it – because it does.
