The darling of the left – the instigator of the Screw You Green New Deal, is in the news yet again. and not for working to improve America.
History would be hard pressed to find someone who came on the scene so quickly and made such a sewer splash after winning an election with 110,000 votes. The left loves her – well, most the left. She’s controversial. She’s certainly innovative. She may be borderline idiotic. She wants your money.
For one to have a degree in economics, it must have come from WholeFoods U. Her ideas to reroute trillions of unfindable dollars from taxpayers to… well who knows, is certainly a stupidly conceive pipedream. We’re already $22 Trillion in debt, another $120+ Trillion in unfunded liabilities that will come due and she wants to spend another $97 Trillion we don’t have.
But then again, money was never her strong suit – For a Democrat yes, for an econ major, no.

Now, another Ocasio-Dinero issue arises. Saikat Chakrabarti, the driving money force behind socialist Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY and she also serves as her own chief of staff), allegedly shuffled over $1 million in political donations to his own private companies. This according to a new complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission.
The Washington Examiner reports that “Chakrabarti’s companies appear to have been set up for the sole purpose of obscuring how the political donations were used,” “The arrangement skirted reporting requirements and may have violated the $5,000 limit on contributions from federal PACs to candidates, according to the complaint filed by the National Legal and Policy Center, a government watchdog group.”

The Examiner noted that cash transfers from the PACs run completely against what Ocasio-Cortez has repeatedly claimed that she stands for, increasing transparency and reducing “dark money” in politics.
Campaign finance attorneys told the Examiner that Chakrabarti’s actions were “really weird,” and that they are an indication that “there’s something amiss.”
The Director of the National Legal & Policy Center’s Government Integrity Project, Tom Anderson conveyed to the Examiner: “It appears Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her associates ran an off-the-books operation to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars, thus violating the foundation of all campaign finance laws: transparency.” Ia a separate statement, Anderson also said: “Purposefully underpaying staffers in order to avoid transparency is an old trick some of the most corrupt members of Congress have used time and again.”
This latest revelation comes just following a report last week that Ocasio-Cortez’s new “living wage” rule (something she implemented for her staff ) would allow her staff to “avoid public transparency laws that would require them to reveal outside income, gifts, and stock trading activity,” the Washington Examiner reported.
We know the dems want to sink Trump. We know they want to turn America Socialistic. We know they want control, power, decision making influence every aspect of our lives. And it appears they might be willing to shuffle money from anywhere to anywhere to meet their less than lofty goals.
We’ll keep watching the con game as it moves its way from greasy fists to slimy hands and under the tables of American politics.
